I was asked if I would write a letter of recommendation, which I gladly agreed to do. When I was looking for health insurance, I thumbed through the yellow pages making many phone calls. When I spoke with Scott Zee, he answered all of my questions without any hesitation, unlike many of the other companies I spoke with.
